FAQs for Traders

  1. When can I start setting up?

    Set up is from 7am on the Saturday morning, to be completed by 10.45am ready to trade from 11am

  2. Do you have security?

    Yes, we have security overnight on the Friday and the Saturday of the festival 8pm-6am. But stallholders are responsible for the insurance & safekeeping of their goods and equipment brought onto site. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to goods and/or equipment in any form.

  3. Where can I park?

    As a Field Stall trader you are permitted to have one vehicle on site behind your stall for the duration of the festival, however this cannot be moved off site during festival open times. There is no parking provided for Artisan Tabletops. Swanage carparks can be found on Broad Road, North Beach Carpark on De Moulham Road and the main beach carpark on Victoria Avenue.

  4. What happens if bad weather is forecast?

    SFFF will monitor the forecast and contact all stall holders by email in the week prior to the event if there is a possibility of cancellation. Notification of cancellation will be made no later than the Wednesday prior to the event by email and/or phone. Unless in cases of emergency.

  5. Does the festival take trader’s waste?

    No, all traders are responsible for removing all of their waste from the festival site and dispose of it responsibly. We operate a ‘Leave No Trace’ policy.
