Welcome to Swanage Fish & Food Festival!
We are extremely pleased and proud to announce dates of the next Swanage Fish & Food Festival as Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June 2026.
We are excited that the Artisan Tent will be returning again next year showcasing some of the most talented artisans of the area, combining with the best in local gourmet food and drink specialists, together creating a vibrant atmosphere for the festival!
Get your fishy & foodie heads on and get ready for another taste-bud tantalising journey through all things fishy and delicious in Swanage!
Fun For All The Family
Spotlighting Swanage and Purbeck businesses and skills, there will be entertainment for the whole family with sumptuous food, drinks and fishy crafts. There will be stalls offering a huge variety of fish, cockles, mussels, scallops, and of course, champagne! Plus delicious foods as an alternative to fish and lighter meals especially for children too!
There are also live cooking demonstrations from top local chefs, showing how to create that perfect dish.
We have our dedicated children’s area - Little Fishes - for crafts and games to keep the children happy!
And the return of the exciting Artisan Tent with a mix of crafts, arts and specialist foods. So come and explore all the festival has to offer!
Free to attend, the festival in June 2026 is taking place in Sandpit Field overlooking gorgeous Swanage Bay with stunning views towards the Isle of Wight, in Swanage. This public area is a perfect setting for this fabulous event.
Each year, the festival makes donations to Swanage Lifeboat, The Fishermen’s Mission and the National Coastwatch Institution Swanage, so help us support these fabulous charities by purchasing a raffle ticket or giving a donation to one of our official collectors.
Our Mission Statement
The Swanage Fish and Food Festival is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, dedicated to hosting a two-day free festival in Swanage. Our mission is to bring together visitors and the local community to celebrate a diverse array of fine food and drink, enjoy cooking demonstrations, and experience live music, all while supporting a selection of nominated charities.
Field Stall and Artisan Tabletop Applications for 2026 will open in September 2025.
